Dear Parents

Please take a moment to study the following important directions with respect to tomorrow’s disco.

All children should arrive via the main door which will open at 6.30pm.

At the end of the disco at 8.00pm prompt, children in Years 3 and 4 will depart the school via the side exit facing the car park. Children must be collected from the exit please.

Children in Years 5 and 6 will depart via the main door and should be collected from this exit. Please ensure you know which exit your child is departing. Where there are brothers and sisters in different years, they should depart via the exit for the older child.

Tickets are £1 including first drink. Crisps, sweets, drinks and glo-sticks will be on sale. Nail painting will be on offer for £1 per person.

It will be dark and children should not walk home alone.

We would welcome any parent helpers who could support us to help man the snack stalls etc. Please let us know by note or telephone if you are able to come.
